Linktone provides wireless media, entertainment, and communication services to mobile phone users in China, engages in the development, aggregation, marketing, and distribution of consumer wireless content and applications for access by mobile phone users. Linktone was the first and largest provider of mobile services and became one of China’s first profitable NASDAQ-listed companies in 2004 and later acquired (NASDAQ: LTON).
